  This used to be the best place in Boone to get auto work done, but they've really went downhill the last couple times I went in. The last time I went in, I had a leak in my gas tank, and asked them to check it out. Car sat there untouched for 8 business days. When I called, several times they said "we're too covered up to get to it today". The last time I called, I said "look guys, it's been 8 days and still nothing". They told me they'd do the best they could to get it that day. When I came and picked it up, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but you can obviously smell the gasoline leak. At least they didn't charge me anything, but it definitely turned me off from going back for a while. I'll deduct 2 stars from my review due to this experience but I am hoping they get it together again, because it was so good for so long. What happened to the mechanic Ross? He was the best, but I don't think he works there any more.
