  I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, during my junior and senior year of college. The units are spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size, and the kitchen is a reasonable size as well. The complex is typically quiet and mostly clean. This is the best place for students with dogs to live! Plenty of green space everywhere, lots of well-lit sidewalks, and a dog park. I occasionally have internet issues when streaming, but nothing has been too big of a deal. Maintenance fixes issues quickly, and the office staff are friendly.
