  Always nice and polite. I have never had to wait more than 15 mins which is unusual for any doctor office I have ever been to. Tiffany is always helpful and I feel like she listens. The front staff always seems to be in a good mood and is extremely helpful when it comes to insurance. Love love love this place!!

  I've had nothing but positive experiences at Mountain Laurel Family Practice. The staff managing the front desk are extremely helpful, and treat you as if they know you on a personal level. Mrs. Shreve is an excellent provider, and she is highly knowledgeable in numerous areas of medicine. I highly recommend Mrs. Shreve to anyone seeking a primary care provider.
