  We had a wonderful experience in Dr. Hancock’s office. A kind and courteous front office staff made scheduling a breeze. Surgical assistants were helpful in making my daughter at ease prior to the surgery. Dr Hancock answered all of our questions thoroughly. The recovery time was minimal with little to know swelling. The staff even called the same afternoon to check in with us regarding recovery. Highly recommend Dr. E. Frank Hancock!
